Ayurbandhu – Dialysis assistance project

Inaugurated on 12th July 2008 by Sri A.K. Balan, State Minister for Electricity and SC/ST Development. The scheme offers financial assistance to patients suffering from renal diseases, to undergo dialysis. One dialysis at the concessional rate costs Rs.500/-. For one month, the treatment for a patient will cost between Rs.4000 – 8000 depending on the number of dialysis needed. Our aim is to provide financial help for atleast one dialysis a day, in the first year of the scheme.
